Arizona GOP Chair Dr. Kelli Ward joined Grant Stinchfield on Newsmax TV on Tuesday night.

Ward gave an update on the ongoing forensic audit of Maricopa County ballots.

During the discussion, Dr. Ward revealed the continued lies by the Democrats and their multiple attempts to shut down the entire process.

Then Dr. Ward added this — Democrats are trying to shut down and delay the audit now because they know the Arizona Senate, both Republicans and Democrats, have rented Veterans Memorial Coliseum until May 14th.

Used Biden for President’s Communications Firm to Identify ‘Misinformation’ 

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch announced today that it received 540 pages and a supplemental four pages of documents from the office of the Secretary of State of California revealing how state officials pressured social media companies (Twitter, Facebook, Google (YouTube)) to censor posts about the 2020 election. Included in these documents were “misinformation briefings” emails that were compiled by communications firm SKDK, that lists Biden for President as their top client of 2020. The documents show how the state agency successfully pressured YouTube to censor a Judicial Watch video concerning the vote by mail and a Judicial Watch lawsuit settlement about California voter roll clean up.

The records were obtained in response to Judicial Watch’s California Public Records Act (CPRA) requests to the Office of the California Secretary of State for records related to the Office of Election Cybersecurity’s database of social media posts; communications with social media companies; and other social media related records regarding the 2020 elections. Judicial Watch filed the requests after a December 2020 report surfaced that the state agency was surveilling, tracking, and seeking to censor the speech of Americans:

The Office of Election Cybersecurity in the California Secretary of State’s office monitored and tracked social media posts, decided if they were misinformation, stored the posts in an internal database coded by threat level, and on 31 different occasions requested posts be removed. In 24 cases, the social media companies agreed and either took down the posts or flagged them as misinformation, according to Jenna Dresner, senior public information officer for the Office of Election Cybersecurity.

“We don’t take down posts, that is not our role to play,” Dresner said. “We alert potential sources of misinformation to the social media companies and we let them make that call based on community standards they created.” 

On September 24, 2020, a California Secretary of State chartlists a video from Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton and falsely alleges: 

Head of conservative group Judicial Watch Hosts video alleging Democrats benefit from incorrect voter rolls and ballot collection.

The Secretary of State’s office details its communication with YouTube: “We wanted to flag this YouTube video because it misleads community members about elections or other civic processes and misrepresents the safety and security of mail-in ballots.” The chart quotes Fitton describing Judicial Watch’s statement about its federal lawsuit settlement with Los Angeles County that will require it to clean up voter rolls and how a Michigan court “changed the rules” on ballot deadlines and ballot harvesting. (The controversial decision was overturned in October 2020.)

The document shows that California state officials contacted YouTube directly to remove the video on September 24, 2020, and that YouTube seemed to respond by deleting the video on September 27, 2020. . .

Employees at Simon & Schuster have submitted a petition demanding the publishing company not make book deals with former Trump administration officials, following one for a memoir from former Vice President Mike Pence.

They submitted the petition Monday to upper management with 216 signatures, which is 14 percent of the company’s workforce, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Employees asked the management not to treat “the Trump administration as a ‘normal’ chapter in American history.”

The letter was sent to Simon & Schuster’s CEO Jonathan Karp, and publisher Dana Canedy. The company has not commented about the petition publicly.

Former acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell lashed out at former Secretary of State John Kerry Monday, saying he undermined former President Donald Trump’s foreign policy objectives on a regular basis and suggested he was a threat to national security.

In an interview with Tammy Bruce on “Fox News Primetime,” Grenell, who also served as U.S. Ambassador to Germany under Trump, responded to a New York Times report that cited leaked audio of Kerry informing Iranian officials that Israel had covertly struck them hundreds of times in Syria.

In the roughly three-hour recording, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said that Kerry told him Israel attacked Iranian assets in Syria “at least 200 times” while also expressing shock that the top U.S. diplomat would reveal such sensitive information. […]

The judge who is overseeing a legal challenge to the Arizona Senate’s audit of votes cast in the state’s largest election during the 2020 presidential election has recused himself from the case less than 24 hours before a scheduled Monday morning hearing. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Christopher Coury recused himself from the legal challenge on Sunday afternoon after learning that attorney Chris Viskovic, with whom he’d had a prior working relationship, had joined the case, 12 News first reported. According to a copy of the recusal obtained by the news outlet, the court received filings at 4 p.m. that included names of new attorneys, including Viskovic, who worked at the office of Coury “as an extern within the past five years.” Viskovic now holds a position as a junior associate at Kolodin Law Group PLLC, which is representing the Florida-based cybersecurity firm Cyber Ninjas in court. Republicans did not have a great year in 2020, but 2022 could be a much better year than anyone is expecting – especially if they target these three vulnerable Senate Democrats who each won their seats with 50 percent of the vote or less.

Democrats control the Senate, but barely. The 50-50 split means Vice President Kamela Harris is needed to break ties – and that a single Democrat could stop his party’s agenda at anytime.

Working in the Democrats’ favor is their culture of putting the agenda first. While Republicans loathe to burn a seat, Democrats recognized they were sent to Washington to accomplish a mission, not build a nest and feather it. President Barack H. Obama lost the House and the Senate for the majority of his two terms, but his landmark legislations, the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, remain the law of the land.

If Republicans stand any chance of stopping President Joseph R.Biden Jr.‘s agenda in the Senate, they have to target and pressure vulnerable Senate Democrats, so the fear of losing their seat breaks their party allegiance.

Colorado

Colorado’s Sen. Michael F. Bennet seems safe from the outside looking in, but the former investment banker and senior official in the Clinton Justice Department had a tough race against a Republican newcomer retired Air Force Lt. Col. Darryl L. Glenn in 2016.

Bennet can be beaten.

Nevada

The next vulnerable Senate Democrat is Nevada’s Sen. Catherine Marie Cortez Masto (pictured right), annointed by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to be his successor and who is a leading figure in the Reid political machine–a machine, which took a big hit when radical leftist Judith Whitmer became the new state party chairwoman earlier this year.

This Nevada Senate seat is in play.

New Hampshire

The first two examples of endangered Senate Democrats earned their designation from close races in 2016 and their recent demonstrated weakness, Bennet’s failed White House run and Cortez Masto’s loss of control of her state party.

In the case of New Hampshire’s Sen. Margaret C. “Maggie” Hassan (pictured left), she was a very close race in 2016 and unlike the first two, she has a serious challenger on the horizon Gov. Christopher T. Sununu.

Trump redux

The final factor making these five Democratic senators vulnerable is President Donald J. Trump himself.

Trump is still the biggest and only game in town. No other political figure in American politics generates the passion and attention as Trump – and if he is fully engaged in targeting these seats, they are flipping to the GOP.

Members of the Chatham County Republican Party apparently had an unsuccessful convention last weekend in Savannah as witnesses said a rift between pro-Trumpers and the party establishment provoked a shouting match that ended business prematurely.

These events transpired at a restaurant last Saturday.

The Georgia Star News made repeated  attempts this week to interview Chatham County GOP Chair Don Hodges and party official Carl Smith for their perspectives. Those attempts ended unsuccessfully.

Robert Taylor, who said he belongs to the GOP’s pro-Trump wing, said the fracas began when people realized they couldn’t nominate new officers from the floor.

“They didn’t want any of us conservative people to have anything to do with this,” Taylor said, adding the people in charge were Republicans-in-Name-Only (RINOs).

“It got real loud. Everybody was yelling. They wanted a point of order. What they were trying to do was get them to nominate from the floor. Carl Smith said it’s not in our rules that we have to do that. That is when the meeting broke down completely. All of it was yelling and screaming from then on.”

Members of the Chatham County Republican Party select delegates to represent their area at GOP state and national conventions.

“We are done with the good ole boy system, and we are apt to change it,” Taylor told The Star News.

Savannah resident Debbie Broderick said last weekend’s melee never reached outlandish proportions.

“I didn’t see anybody rioting. I didn’t see anybody standing on tables. Nobody yelled profanities. There was nothing of that sort that went on,” Broderick said.

“There were just people strong in their convictions, and they didn’t want to be railroaded. They wanted to have a voice, simple as that.”

Broderick told The Star News that the convention needs more transparency.
